Blue Valley Heating & Cooling provides fantastic service! They are very friendly and dependable! I called them out to perform an annual inspection and maintenance of our A/C. Long story short, it was leaking water where it shouldn't have been. They did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing the minor issue in no time flat! The tech also gave me some preventative tips so I wouldn't run into the same issue again. I appreciate the service and will be using them again
We recently moved and bought a house with a geothermal system that we didn't understand, so we called Blue Valley Heating & Cooling. They helped to put in the system and were great, explaining how it worked and doing the maintenance--and we've had them ever since. They are always responsive, and we feel lucky they are here to take care of it for us.
The tech arrived when expected and called beforehand to confirm our appointment. He assessed the problem and got to work right away. He also went over the system with us and made sure we knew what trouble spots to look for in the future.
We had three other meetings with other energy companies and chose Blue Valley. They were fast, responsive, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
